ALCOHOL ANONYMOUS

Dr. Balu started the first ALCOHOL ANONYMOUS support group for the recovering alcoholics in Coimbatore in 1982. The Coimbatore Alcoholic Anonymous is dedicated to support former alcoholics, to help and motivate one another throughout their recovery journey while maintaining their sobriety. This group is purely based on the 12 principles of alcoholic anonymous

It was the first anonymous support group dedicated to recovering alcoholics in Coimbatore. Since then the meeting has been successfully run in the hospital every week. Owing to huge number of attendees, since 2015, the meeting is conducted biweekly.

Every Sunday 3pm to 4pm
Every Wednesday 7:30pm to 8pm
